2 Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions, including the return address. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.

3 Package and Ship Your Return
Securely repackage the item(s) in the original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice and write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship using a traceable and insured carrier (we recommend DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service with tracking).

For international returns (outside the United States), you may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes. We advise declaring the package as “Returned Goods” with minimal value.
