Returns & Exchanges Policy Overview

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation, and write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a traceable and insured carrier (we recommend DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service with tracking).
Note: For international returns (outside the United States), you may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. We advise declaring the package as “Returned Goods” with minimal value.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
